A Multi-Sensory Brand Experience: Lufthansa Technik at NBAA BACE 2024

The NBAA-BACE 2024 (National Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition) in Las Vegas brought together aviation professionals to showcase the latest advancements in business aircraft and technology. This event served as a hub for networking, exploring innovations, and discussing the future of air travel and aerospace development.

For the exhibition, we collaborated with Lufthansa Technik to design an exclusive, multi-sensory showroom for their clients. This 180° immersive space featured 360° 10-channel audio and was controlled via a custom touch application developed specifically for the event. The showroom highlighted Lufthansa Technik’s latest product innovations and digital service platforms in a private, engaging atmosphere.

The experience began with a personalized welcome film addressing each guest by name, setting an intimate and engaging tone. A 3D audio demonstration, powered by Lufthansa Technik's Omnify speaker system, followed, showcasing state-of-the-art spatial audio technology. Additional videos delved into specific products, culminating in a tailored “deep dive” into technical details that matched the guest’s unique interests.

Every element of the showroom was meticulously crafted to enhance the experience—personalized lighting, scents, beverages, and welcome snacks created a fully immersive environment. Interactive customization options further elevated engagement, making the space a standout feature of the exhibition and fully booked throughout the event.

This collaboration not only demonstrated the power of interactive product presentations but also reinforced Lufthansa Technik’s leadership in VVIP aviation innovation, blending advanced technology with bespoke luxury to leave a lasting impression on their elite clientele.
